Im a 16 year old and I love a good fright here and there....... Im writing this because I was wonderingabout the age for going on the group tours and going to the sites. I heard you have to be 18 to participate in these activitiesand that is mainly why I joined, becauseI amreally fascinated and interested with all this paranormal stuff I just want to be involved.....Is there anyway that I could be a part of them or any ideas that you might have,

Hi Ruthie,

My name is Chris I am one of the co founders of the group. Welcome to the board. I just wanted to take a minute to reply to your question regarding age.

If we are teaming up with a tour group to go on a tour that is open to the public then what ever their rules are for age would apply to that.  For our WIPS group investigations we would like a person to be 18 years old. This is not because we wouldn't like to have you with us but for liability purposes. Legally you have to be 18 to be responsible for yourself. WIPS cannot assume responsibility for you, only your parents or legal guardians can. However, if you are truely serious about being in the group, please attend some meetings which are open to all. We do ask that you have a parent or guardian come with. If you are still interested after attending meetings and want to participate in serious investigating then we would consider. This way we would be able to meet with one of your parents and have them sign consent forms etc.
