Meeting Minutes from 04/18/07Was held at Panera Bread in Fox River Grove IL.We updated required forms with the members that were not at last month's meeting.The May meeting is scheduled for 05/19/07 Saturday night starting at 5:00pm. My house.The June meeting will be 05/20/07 Wednesday night 7:00pm at Panera Bread, Fox River Grove IL.Brenda A has volunteered to organize the cemetery day out. It will probably be on a Sunday afternoon in the near future. Many people felt Sunday would work better then a Saturday due to work schedules. More information to come.Ann went over the potential investigation in Gurnee IL. Since the meeting the date has been confirmed for May 26,2007 and a team has been picked and is in place for that date.Chris went over a potential repeat investigation at a Kenosha home that we previously investigated. Since the meeting a date has been confirmed of June 9, 2007 for this date. The team members that are next in line on the rotation have been notified. We are currently waiting on their responses to confirm the team.Our private Hannah House date in Indianapolis has been confirmed! Mark your calendars for 07/21/07. We need a minimum of 15 paid attendees. Currently we need 4 more people!!! The open spots are open now to friends or spouses. Please let me know ASAP if you are interested!We need your pictures and write ups of any haunted places you have been to for our web site!!! This is VERY important and many of you have advised that you have cool material so PLEASE get it to us so our web page is up to date and interesting!Mark D presented his topic on Demons. Well done and thank you! I have some hand outs that Mark made for the group if you are interested in one please let me know.We talked about having our own tech team with in WIPS. Everyone agrees this is a great idea. Brenda A, Tom B, Carol B and Lisa M. will be part of this tech team. The tech team will be lead by Dustin F and will report to WIPS leaders. 1sttech meeting to be announced soon.Erica B discussed her 1stbig film production break! She has been approved, (by the Mansfield Reformatory board), to make a documentary on the history and hauntings of Mansfield Reformatory. Erica welcomes any ideas or feed back on what you would like to see in a documentary of this location. Congratulations and good luck to you Erica!Our May meeting will be a potluck dinner!!
