Ifound this on a message board online - they post pics all the time using a different type of "ghost hunting" than I've ever seen. It incorporates the use of crystals and shining them in areas then photographing the light patterns. Their theory is that spirits are coming through the crystal prism to communicate and will appear in the patterns. Thus when a photo is taken the PHOTOSHOP it to accentuate the features of what came through the prism. Now on their website they go step by step how they bring out the features of the supposed ghosts, and from what they show nothing is altered that drastically. Now some will argue the fact that the major work of this is all done in PhotoShop is enough to disprove what these people are doing alone. I kind of fall under that category I think. Plus the "photos" they are coming up with look so... I don't know... "sketched" that I can't say these aren't altered in photoshop to create images. The "people" they are finding are just so unrealistic to me. They look like the things I used to draw in 3rd grade to be honest... BUT... I wanted to put it out there to see what others think and maybe get some feedback from some of you to either validate or invalidate this way of working.
