Didn't know where else to post this.I've recently heard several things from clients of mine about earthbound spirits and I had to share my thoughts on a couple of things. Get ready, it is hard to type from up here on my soapbox! I apologize in advance if I offend anyone but I am hoping to dispel a few misconceptions (I'm sure that you are all well beyond any of these, I just needed to vent)."All ghosts are evil." In my experience, most earthbound spirits are just trying to get our attention. They can't exactly figure out why everyone is ignoring them and/or why everything has suddenly changed so drastically around them. Very occasionally someone who knows they are 'dead' will hang around out of fear of judgement or because they can't give up the feeling of exerting their control over others (living and dead). Often these are the people that give all people in spirit a bad rap. I have also had to deal with what many religions wouldcall demons, but they are anENTIRELY different class of phenomenon."Ghosts can't cross running water- or they can't stand to be around running water." In my experience ghostsLOVErunning water. It acts as an ionizer. Itgivesthem energy to help them manifest. That is why so often (at least in my experience) people complain of the bathroom or basement being haunted (the kitchen also, but to a lesser degree). Remember, I'm talking about earthbound spirits here, anyone who has ascended home again doesn't need the help to manifest from the 'physical world.'"If you tell a ghost to go to the light, they HAVE to go." Oh really? If some strange person walks into YOUR house and says "Leave." are you going to go? These are PEOPLE not some strange creature that exists to do your bidding. They have the same quirks and personality traits they did when they were inhabiting a physical body.I could fill a book with all the things like this that I have heard. Thanks for being patient with me while I vent!
