Went over Treasury to date. Money in vs money out.
Advised that we tried to buy a DVD recorder for the group equipment but our attempts failed. This is due to the fact that our 4 camera surveillance system is older technology and will not work with a DVD recorder on the VCR.
Discussed what to do for our WIPS 2 year anniversary. The group in attendance and the leaders all decided on dining at the Prairie Rock Brewing Company Restaurant. This restaurant has it'ts own hauntings as well.
Carol S. did a wonderful presentation on doing the historical research for locations. A lot of thought was put into this and we appreciated the information!
Discussed Elsing 2nd Hand Store investigation. We will return there in November to redo this investigation as our original investigation was cut short due to a flood. The owners are very enthusiastic and are looking forward to us returning. No evidence was found on the surviellance as of yet.
Orbs discussion. Nice link to check out regarding orbs- theorbzone WIPS will not view orbs as any kind of evidence unless there is some kind of reading or occurance that has been recorded at the time the orb was captured on film. There are too many things other then paranormal that can cause and orb. We must rule out logical explanations before jumping to a paranormal conclusion.
Private investigation scheduled for 10/06/07 at the Ohio Tavern in Madison Wisconsin. Cannot start until 12:30am or until after the business closes.

Went over the Haunted Rockford Tour in Oct. Mark went over some specifics and will be speaking on this tour.

Advised new member sign up is Jan-March of next year. No new members will be accepted for the remainder of 2007.
No meeting in Sept as we will be having our anniversary dinner in stead.
