This was definitely one of my favorite shows growing up. I loved the different possessed items they had each and every week. I still haven't broke down and bought one of the tv copied sets on DVD yet that are found on Ebay. I wish they would release a licensed set, but who knows. If they don't do it soon, I may just have to buy one.

It's been awhile since I saw pics of Gary.

Somewhat back on topic, I just heard about the new Friday the 13th movie in the works. Personally I'm not too excited, especially seeing I really didn't enjoy the entire series. Sounds like it will be somewhat of a remake, but not of the original first or second one, seeing Jason wasn't in the first one, only young Jason at the end, and he didn't have the hockey mask in the second one. The Hockey mask definitely will be there.

Yeah, I'll watch F.O.P. at times too. Same with Jimmy Neutron. In fact I've also been known to watch Blues Clues, but that's only because I'm too lazy to change the channel and I'm not really watching the T.V., but instead on the computer.

What about the classic cartoons like Pound Puppies, Gummi Bears, Shirt Tails, Doug, etc. Also the classic T.V. show Small Wonder.

Smurfette was hot! Too bad her voice she sounded like she smoked for several years.

Now what about JEM? Now that girl was truly outrageous, truly truly truly outrageous!

BUT I had an aunt who worked at Sears and she was able to get one for me! Strawberry Shortcake, I remember how they smelled and I had some plastic house thing. It was a big redstrawberry (bet you saw that one coming) and it opened up. Awww, My Little Ponies . .. they were so fun! But I would always accidently end up pulling out their tales while brushing them then I could never get them back in LOL. I'm going to get my old favorite one from ebay though, I've been looking at them . . . it was the mini pink one with wings . . she had blue lightning bolts on her butt . . Firefly!

I HAD THE HOUSE TOO!!  I also had a big strawberry trolley thing that had some cardboard tokens that it took, and a bell I think.  The new ones just don't do the oldies justice.

And My Little Pony - I had this huge pink castle that they lived in - with an elevator and all!  I don't know if I had a favorite pony, but I did love them all... and watched the cartoon too....

LOL This is all too funny.  I got my first cabbage patch for my bday one year, and everyone was selling out of them.  BUT I had an aunt who worked at Sears and she was able to get one for me!  Strawberry Shortcake, I remember how they smelled and I had some plastic house thing.  It was a big red strawberry (bet you saw that one coming) and it opened up.  I did have a Rainbow Brite but not much other stuff with that.   Awww, My Little Ponies . ..  they were so fun!  But I would always accidently end up pulling out their tales while brushing them then I could never get them back in LOL.  I'm going to get my old favorite one from ebay though, I've been looking at them . . . it was the mini pink one with wings . . she had blue lightning bolts on her butt . . Firefly!    I took her everywhere with me!

My best friend was a huge She-Ra fan and still has a lot of the stuff.  And Carebears are the best, I still love them!  Indian In the Cupboard, I think we read that in sixth grade.    Does anyone remember the little plastic lawn mowers that would blow bubbles???  All the kids in my neighborhood had one and I wanted one!  Just thought I'd add that.

Pokemon suck! Chinpokomon rule! Shoe was the best!

As for what I would have put in there, depending on what the rules were, if it had to be plastic like the story or if it could be anything.

If it could be anything, as a child I would have put in an old stuffed animal I used to own. Not going to get into details. Otherwise, probably a He-man action figure. If Orko had the power to grant wishes I would have definitely chose him.

Now I don't know what I would choose.

Oh yeah... Indian in the Cupboard.... I forgot about that!!  I loved that book.

Just ONE toy??? I can't even tell you...  Well, I was a total Unicorn nerd and had a ton of model horses growing up.  I had one unicorn that I loved and played with him so much his horn fell off! But I would say I'd have to pick him out of all my toys.

But... there are too many to count.  I would have to say though, that I love animals and those would probably be my pick to come to life over all of the "human" characters...

The most recent toy I wanted to come to life was Pikachu... 'cuz he was freaking cute... and I had all these little figures all over my desk and at home.  Big plush toys and all.  I want a pika...

To torture me, my sisters had the choice of picking out an Atari game and they chose Strawberry Shortcake.

Actually those Bears in the background are the ones I gave one of my other nieces MaKella aka Bella. Amber got the 3 joke bears, 2 singing bears, Work out bear, 2 bigger bears, a crap load of the toys. I have a problem going overboard on them for X-mas. This year it was Littlest Pet Shop.

LOLI didn't have any action figures or anything. I had all carebears, cabbage patch and . . . MY LITTLE PONY!!!NO Ghostbusters 3. I just can't see that being a good idea.

OH NO! You ARE too similar to me!  Before there was He-Man, my life was all about cabbage patch and My Little Pony!! HA!

But also the ORIGINAL Strawberry Shortcake!  They smelled yummy... and I totally dug the Purple Pie Man and his hussie Sour Grapes with her snake Dreggs.  Funky Shabadass I say.  AND.... Rainbow Brite... yes... I know.  But I like horses and she had a pretty one.... "Starlight". Rainbow Brite herself annoyed the crap out of me.  However I found her movie on DVD the other day and bought it.

Hey, in my searches for DVD collections I came across the first season of She-Ra... any She-Ra takers?  I loved her!!

That's much better than Erectile Dysfunction Smurf which came up after I typed in Debbie Rochon and kept adding spaces after Debbie to see what different names came up.

I recall having around 85% of the figures. I was spoiled as a child I guess that is why I spoil my nieces and nephews.

Don't forget there was an alien in the MOTU figures, I believe it was Modulok and it was a red alien with 2 heads that you could piece together like legos so you could change the look of the alien.

I almost feel like buying some of those Blackstar because they look so cool. I hate it when I see cool stuff, because I'll buy it, keep it for a little while and then get rid of it for a fraction of my spending cost. It's sad that people at work know who to come to when they are looking to buy stuff.
